Hallie Martyniuk is the Principal of TD3 Consulting. She has 25 years’ experience educating and advising on issues related to crime victimization. Working in an advisory capacity, she offers discrete direction on some of the most sensitive matters related to sexual violence and is often the person behind the scenes offering thoughtful, research-based communication and outreach strategies that help organizations strengthen their victim assistance programs, educate adults, and protect children. Her publications are currently in use by the U.S. Office for Victims of Crime, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the U.S. Military Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO), and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), among others. A skilled presenter and trainer, Hallie has presented at numerous state and national conferences and internationally for the U.S. Military on issues related to sexual violence. Hallie began her career as a teacher in Philadelphia’s catholic schools before beginning her work in victim services. Her post-graduate work has been focused on issues pertinent to crime victimization and instructing adults. Hallie is a certified sexual assault counselor/advocate and she has graduate certificates in training & development and instructional design.
